What gets deleted

Important to know
- Account deletion is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use AstroShrine again.
- Any active bookings will be cancelled and refunded per our cancellation policy before account deletion.
- It may take up to 30 days for all data to be fully purged from our systems and backups.
- Data shared with astrologers during sessions (chat messages) may be retained by those astrologers independently; we will remove it from our systems.
Confirmation
After processing your deletion request, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.
