4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following categories of third parties solely to operate the App:

Astrologers you book sessions with can see your display name, profile picture, and the messages or questions you send during a session. They do not have access to your phone number, email, wallet balance, or birth details unless you share them in chat.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase managed PostgreSQL)
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant); we never store card details
- Admin access to data is restricted and logged in an audit trail
- We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for authentication with automatic expiry and refresh
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained as long as your account is active
- Birth chart data: Retained as long as your account is active (needed for AI readings)
- Chat messages: Retained for the duration of your account for consultation history
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- AI conversation history: Retained as long as your account is active; you can delete individual sessions
- Push notification tokens: Automatically deactivated on logout; stale tokens cleaned on delivery failure
- Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days (see our Data Deletion page)
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data (viewable in your app profile and consultation history)
- Correct your personal data (editable in your profile settings)
- Delete your account and associated data (see Data Deletion)
- Withdraw consent for notifications (adjustable in notification preferences)
- Object to data processing (contact us at the email below)
8. Children's Privacy
AstroShrine is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
